Wag n Tails is a well-known local dog grooming and training facility. However, their innovative owner wanted to take things to the next level, automate her business, and increase customer base with virtual training and digital products.
Christine Fox, owner of Wag n Tails, approached the Incubix team for a complete rebranding to support the new business direction. While the brand was well-known and well-loved in the area, the company needed a cohesive identity and digital strategy to 1. transform their digital marketing efforts and 2. shift into the online space with digital products and virtual training.
First, the Incubix team came together to highlight the company’s unique identity. The goal was to highlight that Wag n Tails is a leader in cruelty-free, mindful dog training techniques. We also wanted to ensure that we highlight the owner’s experience in a way that will reinforce the service to existing customers and appeal to new customers.
Next, we created a bright logo with hand drawn elements to communicate the friendly, accessible nature of the brand. We chose a blue color palette to communicate the calm and mindful aspect of the brand and distinguish the brand from competitors in the area.
In order to support Wag n Tails online business goals, we needed to create a robust digital strategy. The company’s existing website and customer portal was not user friendly, causing friction and loss of business. The first step was to rewrite and redesign the Wag n Tails website, integrating organic SEO practices and highlighting all of the business services. Next, we got to work to help the company get situated on Teachable (for online lessons and virtual dog training) as well as Vagaro for a seamless scheduling experience for grooming and training.
In addition to enhancing the website, we also focused on integrating Teachable for online lessons and virtual dog training, as well as Vagaro for seamless scheduling for grooming and training services. Finally, we created a Google ads campaign to drive new traffic to local services as well as online lessons.
Thanks to our collaborative efforts with Wag n Tails, the company has been able to provide high-quality dog training services while establishing itself as a trusted leader in the industry. With a strong online presence and a thriving customer base, we are confident that Wag n Tails will continue to succeed long into the future.
